Terms & Conditions

QarService provides door to door car services using online platforms such as web and mobile app. By downloading, accessing and/or using QarService mobile application & the website (the Application) owned by www.Qarservice.com you signify that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions as set forth in this Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement"). QarService may change the terms of the Agreement at any time and without notice, effective upon the posting of the revised Agreement. Your continued use of the Application shall be considered your acceptance of the revised Agreement. You must have the most current version of the Application to ensure that it is working properly. It is your responsibility to periodically check the Application and/or our website at www.Qarservice.com, to determine if you have the most current version of the Application. If you do not agree to this Agreement, please do not download the Application.

Your account, password, and security

Use of Sites requires that you register and/or create an account ("Account") or use the Sites as a guest. To register and create an Account, you must select an account designation and password and provide certain personal information. In consideration of the use of the Sites and the Services provided by QarService, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form, and (b) maintain and promptly update the personal information you provide to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or QarService has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, QarService has the right to refuse any and all current or future use of the Sites (or any portion thereof) or Services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account and password, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or Account, and for any other actions taken in connection with the Account or password. You agree to (a) immediately notify QarService of any known or suspected unauthorized use(s) of your password or Account, or any known or suspected breach of security, including loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure of your password or credit card information; and (b) ensure that you exit from your Account at the end of each session. QarService will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage of any kind arising from or relating to your failure to comply with (a) and (b) or for any acts or omissions by you or someone else using your Account and/or password.

No Warranties 

The Application is provided subject to all of the terms set forth in the Mobile Application Documentation. QarService does not warrant that:

• Its Application will be constantly available, or available at all;
• The information in this Application is complete, true, accurate;
• Your opt-out choices will be successfully executed in all the cases;
• The Application is free of defects or errors.

Limitations of Liability and Indemnification

The downloading and/or use of the application is entirely at your own risk and in no event shall QarService be liable (whether under the law of contracts, torts, or otherwise) for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive or any other monetary or another damages, fees, fines, penalties or liabilities (collectively "damages") whatsoever arising out of or relating to this application. Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the application is to stop using the application. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold QarService, and its officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents harmless from and against any claims, actions, demands, liabilities, judgements, and settlements, including without limitations, reasonable legal fees resulting from or alleged to result from your use of this application.

Unenforceable Provisions

If any provision of this Agreement is, or is found to be, unenforceable under applicable law, that will not affect the enforceability of the other provisions of this Agreement.

Right to reschedule or Cancel:

If after booking a service repair with us and you wish to cancel the service appointment, we require at least 1-day prior notice, failure to do so will lead to a cancellation fee.

Refund and Cancellation Policy 

We do not entertain Return. In case of booked service is cancelled before on day of appointment, double or failed transactions and payment has been debited refund will be processed through same mode or to your bank account within 15 working days.

Governing Law and Dispute resolution 

This Agreement shall be governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws State of Qatar. All disputes relating to this Agreement shall be settled in the courts located State of Qatar. 

Ownership of Intellectual Property and Limited License

All intellectual property to this Application, including all Application material, is protected by copyright, trademark, or patent laws, and is owned exclusively by QarService. Intellectual property, includes, but is not limited to, computer or software code, scripts, design elements, graphics, interactive features, artwork, text communication, and any other content that may be found on or in the Application. All trademarks, service marks and trade names are owned, registered and/or licensed by QarService. QarService grants to you a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable license to: download this Application to a mobile devise via a web browser; use this Application as herein set forth; copy and store 

This Application and the material on this Application in your web browser cache memory; and print pages from this Application for your own personal and non-commercial use. QarService does not grant you any other rights whatsoever in relation to this Application or the material on this Application. All other rights are expressly reserved by QarService
